• Cocaine
  The availability of cocaine has increased in Delaware. Crack cocaine use continues to infiltrate a variety of populations in the small urban and rural localities throughout the state of Delaware, regardless of economic status or ethnic background.
• Heroin
  The availability of heroin remains stable in Wilmington, Delaware. There is evidence that bulk heroin is now available in Delaware.
• Meth
  Methamphetamine remains readily available and used throughout Delaware.
• Club Drugs
  MDMA (Ecstasy) remains readily available primarily at rave parties and nightclubs in the Wilmington, Delaware, area. Delaware reported the first known seizures of a drug known as "5-MeoDiPT (5-Methoxy-di-isopropryl-tryptamine) better know as FOXY -Methoxy or FOXY, a synthetic chemical tryptamine. The effects of FOXY, however, are more potent than other designer drugs. New York City remains a primary source area for retail quantities of Ecstasy.
• Marijuana
  Marijuana continues to be readily available throughout Delaware. There is an increase in "high quality" marijuana, particularly in Newark, Delaware.
