   Oregon is a key point in the shipment of drugs to Washington State as well as

  Ecstasy is available throughout Oregon and is commonly seized in multi-kilogram
    amounts. It is available in varying amounts is larger cities and on college
    campuses. GHB as well as Mexican Ketamine are known to be used throughout
    the state. 
  - Marijuana
  Marijuana is readily available in Oregon. Portland is where the majority of
    marijuana is cultivated. In May 1999, Oregon voters approved an initiative
    that legalized marijuana for medicinal purposes.
